We’ve just made our malabi as the main recipe of this week but what I want to do is show you how to take it further using different fruits and even alcohol to show you how to get creative with different flavour combinations and cooking techniques.

Malabi back in Tel Aviv will usually have an industrial syrup with lots of sugar and preservatives but as we will see, there are plenty of fresh and quick methods to top your beautiful coconut malabi with.
