COOK WITH MARK

You’ll join people from all over the world, and have a chance to meet some of the Rassa team as well as your chef Mark. Mark is the co-founder of London based Filipino food institution ‘The Adobros’, and has been championing his mother’s native food for almost a decade. His supper club has been introducing Brits to Filipino food through thoughtful and painstaking care with every dish.
