A TASTE OF RASSA
Short on time or looking for a unique gift? Our one month courses give you a taste of Filipino, Israeli and Irish cuisines. You’ll be entering a fragrant world of ancient ingredients and time-honoured techniques.
VEGETARIAN
In the first week you'll be steaming with banana leaves to create the Filipino coconut rice dessert, Suman before moving on to preparing the Irish Guinness & Treacle Bread in week 2. Finally, in week 3 you’ll be taking on Israeli cheesemaking and lemon preserving to go with a tangy Fattoush salad.
MEAT LOVERS
To start, you'll be preparing a Filipino classic, the pork adobo, moving on to preparing the floral Zohar (orange blossom) cake in week 2. Finally, in week 3 you’ll be taking on an ancient preservation technique learning how to cold smoke salmon from home using an Irish black tea.

With the pandemic putting many out of work, we started working with expert chefs to help them share their experiences with a global audience whilst making a sustainable income. We want you to immerse yourself in the stories and master new techniques as you come up with your own original creations and become a more creative chef.
