We'll start with a taste of vegan baking, baking without eggs and dairy taking inspiration from the desserts and the floral flavors of the Middle East.
Week 2: Sweetened Rice
By the end of this week you'll know how to use a bamboo steamer to make delicious desserts. You'll be experimenting with coconut and sticky rice to make some moreish sweet treats.
Week 3: Dairy Free Milk Pudding
This week you'll be experimenting with rose and spiced nut crumbs, creating a refreshing creamy dessert. Take influence from the seasons, trying out your own variations on a fruit coulis.
Week 4: Filipino Flan
Learn about the Filipino leche flan. You'll be making your own custard and caramel and baking using a water bath. You'll also be playing around with texture, finishing off your dish with coconut curds.
